Filed a motion on behalf of Western Power Trading Forum to dismiss the application of PG&E to build a proposed Tesla power plant. California Alliance for Choice in Energy Solutions
Provided industry leadership in helping to form the California Alliance for Choice in Energy Solutions — a regulatory advocacy group of over 200 parties that advocate for retail competition in California. Results: Filed a successful petition on the group’s behalf at the California Public Utilities Commission that resulted in a ruling that restored the right of retail choice to California electricity consumers.
